About Bray's Greyt Stuff collars.

I use 100% Cotton Webbing for my collars because it is very soft and lightweight, yet strong and durable. Ribbon or material is used to cover the outside (top) of the collar and a smaller 1 inch ribbon is used to line the inside of the collar for stability and design.

The D-rings I use are nickel plated, welded steel. I choose to use the thicker, heavy duty D-rings because I like the look of quality this gives the collars. The slides are rounded and nickel plated metal.

Colored hardware: This coloring is done using a Powdered Coating. Powder Coating is a very durable, baked-on finish for metal hardware. The coating is sprayed on, electrically bonded, and then baked at 400* for a very even and super tough finish. It is actually easier than painting and much more durable. This does not mean that is will never chip or wear.
